Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. All items will be shipped through the USPS.

Please include a PO Box number if applicable for a timely delivery.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Transit time for Standard Shipping is typically

3-5 business days once shipped.  Transit time for Expedited Shipping is typically 2-3 business days once shipped.

Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DarkHorseMotorcycleParts.com as an estimate. We cannot

guarantee when an order will arrive.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by

shipping or product availability.

Returns/Exchanges

We will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or

workmanship if contacted within 7 days from the date it is received. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in

the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return if contacted within 7 days from the date

it is received. Under these circumstances return shipping fees will be paid by DarkHorseMotorcycleParts.com. All

returns must have a return authorization number.

Orders made in error by the customer will be eligible for a return/exchange if we are contacted within 7 days of

delivery. Returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Returns must be in original packaging. All returns must

have a return authorization number. Shipping fees to return these parts as well as to send out replacement parts

will be the responsibility of the customer.
